Saturday, May 17th, 2008It’s Sunday morning in Japan.?? I will get on a train soon and my flight leaves Japan at 3:00 pm Japan time.
I will arrive in LA at 9:45 on Sunday.?? Yes that is before I left Japan.

Monday, May 12th, 2008Yesterday we took two trains to get to the city of Hida-Takayama.?? The ride was very scenic through the mountains and next to a river (of course I dont remember the name of the river!).

Travel Log: Japan Trip Day 4…Hitting the road.
Sunday, May 11th, 2008This morning we are hitting the road for a 3 night trip to see some of Japan on the trains.?? We got a rail pass and we will do some site seeing and end up and a Ryokan Hotel.

Sunday, May 11th, 2008Beer and meat!?? Wow!!!?? That was a lot of beer and meat…I had to remember to eat some veg to keep up with all this meat…

I just got up and Yayoi is still sleeping (hmm just like home).?? The Japanese keyboard is a little different, but mostly the same…i just have to look for keys every now and again.

Saturday, May 10th, 2008The 12 hour flight was cool…we got a good deal on a biz class upgrade…I watched three cool movies, and had a great seat.
The airport and train ride to Yayoi`s parent`s house was kinda rough…as we were pretty much ready to sleep and had about 5 hours more stuff in front of us…
